As a dedicated Certified Public Accountant with deep roots in York County for over forty years, I have built a career on the principles of integrity, expertise, and a steadfast commitment to the community. My professional journey began in 1997 with the founding of Jean Moses, CPA, PC, a firm that flourished under my guidance until it transitioned to Strickland & Jones CPAs in 2013. After a brief yet enriching period there, I served as Director at Malvin Riggins & Co PC from 2015, leading the company through pivotal growth and change until its merger with Blue Orange CPA Group in 2023. In January 2024, I took on a new challenge as Director of Tax at Carmines, Robbins & Co, PLC, bringing my extensive experience and strategic insight to the forefront of tax planning and compliance.

My life outside the office is characterized by a devotion to family and community. Married for over fifty years and the mother of a cherished daughter, I embody the values of lasting commitment and reliability, both personally and professionally.
